The Moab Arts Council and the City of Moab appreciate the valuable programs and services of the organizations and individuals whose work enriches our community. The Moab Arts Council administers regranting funds from the City of Moab and other sources for community arts and education programs and services.

All organizations and individuals seeking funding must complete and return this form. Your application must be received by the Moab Arts Council by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, November 2nd, 2007 in order to be given consideration. All items on this form must be completed.
